Attended Granddaughter's wedding and could not have been more impressed with the dedication and service of Giovanni's staff it was simply outstanding. The serve staff was a constant presence asking about drinks or food - friendly and open and if one needed anything, they were there to handle it quickly and efficiently. The venue itself is different and cozy with plenty of room for small parties with a large bar/dance floor with gives plenty of room for guests to interact with each other. The Manager Chris was a constant presence even to the point of helping ride herd on two rambunctious boys during the evening. Overall Giovanni's One89 is a great place to hold an event and I would not hesitate to book this venue should the need ever arise. I highly recommend Giovanni's One89.... ~ Tom Francis

I chose Giovanni’s One89 as my rehearsal dinner location for the weekend of October 26th! It was beyond perfect in every way. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, the drinks and cocktails were on point, and most of all the location right on The Sound topped everything off. We arrived right when our reservation started and the drinks immediately were served, salads started rolling out alongside bread with olive oil dipping sauce and so forth. We chose a buffet option and the set up was just beautiful, and their was so many leftovers! Jamie even boxed up the leftovers for the bridal party members to take back to our condo with cooking instructions and storage instructions. Literally nothing went wrong, everything was perfect! We were able to play some games down by the beach when we were done and take beautiful sunset pictures on the dock. Jamie and her staff are WELL EQUIPTED and VERY KNOWLEDGABLE bridal industry professionals, I would 100% recommend to any bride to chose Giovanni’s as a wedding venue or rehearsal venue! ~ Allison Phillips

Our daughter was recently married at Giovanni’s ONE89 and we could not have been happier with this very special day. The venue was beautiful, the staff was outstanding, friendly, and incredibly gracious tending not only to our needs, but to our guests as well. During our planning, Jamie went above and beyond to answer every question professionally, without hesitation, and arranged to meet all of our special requests. The food was absolutely delicious and some of the best food we’ve ever enjoyed at a wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Not only is it dockside and gorgeous, but the people who run this place, (I think it’s family owned) work really well together as a team!! We had everything run so smoothly, no complications or dilemmas! They were the most accommodating to everyone, and had the best attitudes about it! They truly made my wedding day so special! Anyone looking for a venue in this location should seriously consider this place. They were priced VERY reasonably, and truly went above and beyond! Continually asked us if we needed anything, and we never went without. So a big huge giant THANK YOU!!!!!!!! To the Giovanni’s One89 family for opening up this beautiful venue for us and making our day so spectacular! ( and sorry for anyone who overindulged and maybe got too rowdy ) -which by the way- they were really easy going about and it took so much stress off of the brides! We truly appreciate all of your efforts!

I have so many fabulous things to say about this establishment. My daughter was married here last night. The staff went above and beyond plus more. The set up was beautiful. Jamie and Chris made sure everyone was catered to and my wine glass was never empty. If you are looking for a wedding venue...look no farther. You will not be disappointed. Thank you guys!!

This Sunday my husband and I celebrate our one year anniversary. While we have many happy memories from that day, one that stands out is where we had our wedding! We had our wedding and reception at Giovanni's One89 and it was absolutely wonderful. Between the restaurant, the food and the view we couldn't have asked for more. When planning our wedding, you would have thought we were family. Every detail that we wanted was done and then some. We had an array of appetizers, a bride and groom punch, other drinks and buffet for dinner with many of their bestselling dishes. Everyone raved about the food. Many said they usually leave a wedding still hungry but, not this time. The management team, Jamie and Chris, were on hand and overseeing everything. We could just enjoy the evening and not worry about anything. After the wedding, we actually had men comment on how much they enjoyed the wedding. Sorry, but you just don't normally hear that from men - women yes but men not so much. A year later we still have people talking about our wedding at Giovanni's One89. If you are looking for a place to have a wedding or any special event, consider Giovanni's One89; you won't be disappointed. For my husband and I, we plan on going back to Giovanni's One89 on our anniversary to relive our wonderful day. Thank you Giovanni's One89 for all the special memories.

Beautiful venue to get married! Jamie and her team are exceptional & go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Our guests were raving about how delicious the food was and how great and attentive her staff was all night. This is a great place to consider for your wedding or next event. The outside tea lighted area is gorgeous overlooking the water. We are so happy we used this venue for our wedding!

Where do I begin? My new husband and I got engaged in April of 2017 and immediately knew we would be married at Giovanni’s One89 as it is our absolute favorite spot in Fort Walton Beach. For almost an entire year and a half, Jamie and the staff at Giovanni’s treated us like royalty. Jamie answered every question we had and catered to our every need. Fast forward to the night of the wedding and there is not a single thing that could have been better! Just the ambiance of the venue makes it such a magical place to begin with, on top of that...the staff and the food made our wedding an absolute DREAM!!! Jamie worked with us tirelessly on every detail of our wedding at Giovanni’s. She helped us customize our menu to the finest detail, ordered specific wines, and made custom cheesecakes we requested. Every single one of our guests raved about the delicious food and what an amazing experience the entire wedding was. We cannot thank the entire staff at Giovanni’s One89 enough for making our wedding dreams come true!
